By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the suspension order dated 17th April, 2025 on the basis of pleadings raised in paragraph 28 of the writ petition. Looking to the allegations that have been made and the fact that even previously petitioner was placed under suspension for permitting illegal construction activity upon Government land and that fact that he repeated such conduct in permitting the construction in 2020 as well and further he has been found involved in making certain entries in khatauni/ revenue record which have been ultimately found to be forged and fraudulent one, I consider it more appropriate for the petitioner to put up his defence before inquiry officer.
