Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner, who was retired on 31.03.2024 from the post of Assistant Consolidation Officer, is aggrieved for non disbursement of pension. It is contended that due to some technical steps which are to be taken is the letter written by thee Settlement Officer, Maharajganj dated 03.01.2024. It appears that the matter has been lingered on for no justifiable reason. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's representation in the above regard dated 27.02.2025 made to the respondent no. 2 may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.
