By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner, who was engaged by respondents through the Service Provider Agency was issued with appointment order on 29.02.2024 by the agency itself to work as Technical Assistant at Rural Development Department (MANREGA Cell) specifically at Banda Block and pursuant to the said order of appointment, petitioner continued to discharge his duties. However, it appears that later on certain complaints were made regarding dereliction in discharge of duty by the petitioner and accordingly petitioner was issued with a memo on 13.02.2025 by the Block Development Officer, Shahjahanpur and thereafter, he has been fired by the order of Deputy Labour Commissioner, Shahjahanpur on 12.03.2025.
