By means of this petition filed under 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner is praying for a direction to the competent authority-respondent no.2 for the consideration of her claim regarding remaining dues of Late Shyam Kumar who died in harness while working in the respondent- establishment as Complaint Clerk. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard petitioner has made an application before the District Magistrate, Mau on 06.03.2025 but the same has remained unresponded to till date. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has already been offered compassionate appointment under the order dated 05.04.2025 and now if any claim has remained pending qua terminal dues in respect of her late husband, the same can be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of
