By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order of punishment dated 23.01.2025 as well as order dated 23.01.2025 passed by the appellate authority. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy of filing revision before the competent authority under Rule 13 of U.P. Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above fact. 5. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter of punishment orders at this stage. 6.
