Heard learned counsel for their parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner is praying for quashing of the order dated 15.07.2021 and the last consequential order dated 24.08.2024. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner is aggrieved of the transfer and in this connection he has already represented the authority on 9.12.2024 copy of the representation has been brought on record as Annexure 13 to the writ petition. 4. It is further submitted that subsequently the petitioner has also made reminder thereof. 5. In view of the above while I decline to grant indulgence in the matter of transfer at this stage, it is provided that the competent respondent authority shall dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks of presentation of certified copy of this order of
