By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a relied in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner to release the salary from 14.03.2005 to 02.01.2012. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection to the maintainability of this petition as earlier this claim of the petitioner has come to be rejected by respondent no.4 vide order dated 04.05.2013 which order has not been challenged. In the circumstances no writ of mandamus can be issued to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2024. 4.
