By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order of punishment dated 6.8.2018 and the order passed on 03.03.2024 by respondent no.3. 3. Learned Standing Counsel points to the court that the petitioner has already preferred a revision against the order of punishment on 02.02.2025, copy of which is annexed as Annexure- 7 to the writ petition. It is further submitted that Commissioner of Police, Prayagraj Region, Prayagraj is the competent authority in the matter to decide the representation which is pending consideration. 3.
