By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been working on contract basis as Lancimenator with respondent no.2 but from 2019 to 2023 his honorarium has remained unpaid. 3. Regarding his claim of working, he has drawn attention of the Court to the letter written by the Chief Veterinary Officer, Etah to District Magistrate, Etah dated 11.12.2024 in which he has acknowledged that the petitioner has continued with respondent no.2 as a Paraweight on honorarium post. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner should approach the authority for payment of honorarium by making representation afresh which may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 5.
