By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants a direction to be issued to respondent no. 1 to take final decision as per minutes of meeting held on 10.01.2025 regarding which approval came to be accorded by the competent authority on 24.03.2025. It is further prayed that till the decision is taken by the Chief Secretary in the matter, respondent no. 4 may be restrained from passing any further order in the matter of engagement of the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel submits that although advertisement has been issued but the competent authority in the matter is respondent No.- 1, who will consider and pass order in the event petitioner prefers a fresh representation before the competent authority.
