By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of certiorari for quashing the order of transfer dated 21.02.2025 as well as the order passed by respondent no. 4 rejecting his application dated 28.03.2025. Sri Shukla, learned counsel appearing for Union of India states that petitioner has already been relieved pursuant to transfer order dated 21.02.2025.
