It is argued by learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner that the sealed cover procedure was adopted in the matter of petitioner on 09.08.2023 on account of pending criminal case in connection with case crime no. 0361 of 2018 instituted in the year 2018 which resulted in filing of charge sheet by the police in the year 2022.
