Heard Mr. Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus to command Sugar Cane Inspector-cum-Assistant Commissioner, Deoria, namely, respondent no. 4 to release medical reimbursement qua medical bills submitted by petitioner to the tune of Rs. 7,25,315/-, which has stood verified and forwarded by Chief Medical Officer, Deoria. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that bill of Rs. 200/- has been submitted twice and beside that bills regarding claim of Rs. 1450/- and Rs. 2300/- are not available in original and hence there is difficulty in clearing the entire bills. 4.
