By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus to command Sugar Cane Inspector-cum-Assistant Commissioner, Deoria, namely, respondent no. 4 to release medical reimbursement qua medical bills submitted by petitioner to the tune of Rs. 7,25,315/-, which has stood verified and forwarded by Chief Medical Officer, Deoria. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that bill of Rs. 200/- has been submitted twice and beside that bills regarding claim of Rs. 1450/- and Rs. 2300/- are not available in original and hence there is difficulty in clearing the entire bills. 4.
