By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is claiming family pension which according to her has become due on account of death of her husband on 06.11.2023. According to her, her husband was drawing pension. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the above, petitioner has already made a representation before the competent authority on 21st March, 2024 and 16.10.2024, copies whereof have been brought on record as annexures-4 and 5 to the present petition. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he does not have any objection, in the event, direction is issued to the competent authority in the matter, namely, respondent no. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner within a time bound period. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Executive Engineer, Contruction Dision
