By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has assailed the order of transfer dated 29.04.2025 on two ground; firstly, he has not completed his service tenure at the present place of posting, i.e., Sonebhadra as he has been transferred there only in the year 2022 and secondly, his son is studying in Class-XII. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has been transferred in exigency of administration along with several other employees and any interference to the transfer order in respect of one employee would cause prejudice to other employees. 4.
