By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has questioned the transfer order dated 20.01.2025 on the ground that transfer order was passed without approval of the District Magistrate, who is competent authority in the matter. 3. From perusal of record, it transpires that petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present petition on 29.04.2025 whereas transfer order has been passed on 20th January, 2025, i.e., about four months prior to filing of present petition, hence I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 4. However, it is directed that in the event, petitioner makes a representation before the District Magistrate, Jhansi raising all his grievance as has been raised in the present petition, within a period of one week from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the District Magistrate, Jhansi in accorda
