By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent to give appointment to the petitioner as Safai Karmi pursuant to the appointment given in the year 2009. 3. From the perusal of the documents that have been brought on records it transpires that petitioner has only been making representation since the year 2024 regarding his claim for appointment in 2009 no document has been appended which may demonstrate that the petitioner was appointed in the year 2009 or that petitioner discharged his duties thereafter. No appointment order has also been brought on record. 4. Even in the case petitioner was issued an appointment in the year 2009 and he could not place the same before the court as he may not be in possess thereof, in my considered view after a lapse of nearly 15 years this pe
