Heard Sri Ravindra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Siddharth Singhal, learned counsel for the respodnents as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the notification issued by the Chairman qua selection against the post under the Combined Technical Services Physical Efficiency Test in which no norms for Physical Standard Test were laid down and hence, holding of physical efficiency test after a period of nine years was not justified. 3. Sri Siddharth Singhal, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the controversy involved in this petition is already engaging attention of this Court in Writ A No.4700 of 2025 wherein vide paragraph no.11 of the order dated 15.04.2025, the Court has observed thus: "11.
