By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant the 2nd A.C.P. (Assured Career Progression Scheme) due from 01 July, 2016 in favor of petitioner along with arrears & its interest since 2016. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to decide the representation dated 24.04.2025 (Annexure No.7) within stipulate period." 3.
