By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner who is working as Accountant is aggrieved for non- consideration of his representation that he has made on 21.12.2024 and 27.01.2025 to respondent nos.3 and 4 respectively for the payment of balance salary to which the petitioner is entitled according to him. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. He further submits that competent authority in the matter is respondent no.3. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 21.12.2024 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
