Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner wants a direction to the respondents to consider his objection in his order dated 16.04.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition as there is no rule to decide the representation against the final order. 5. It is contended by Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner has already been allotted new accommodation but he is not taking possession thereof and wants to continue in possession of official accommodation which was allotted to his uncle who has already retired from the respondent-establishment. 6.
