Petitioner is aggrieved by the relieving order dated 08.04.2025 passed pursuant to the transfer order dated 19.06.2024. 2. It is submitted that earlier the petitioner was transferred in the year 2023 and since he was not relieved for over a period of one year that transfer order was cancelled and when subsequently, transfer order was issued again afresh on 19.06.2024 then again petitioner has not been released for a period of 10 months. It is contended that there was no occasion for the respondents to release now the petitioner pursuant to such an old transfer order when new transfer policy will come into force soon. 3. Matter requires consideration. 4. Learned Standing Counsel representing State respondents prays for and is allowed four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
