By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to grant the Travelling allowances and Daily allowance as request in the representation dated 18.01.2025 and 04.02.2025 (Annexure No.4 & 6 to this writ petition)."
