By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to consider transfer of the petitioner from department of Police Local Intelligence Unit (L.I.U.) District Bulandshahr to in department of police Local Intelligence Unit (L.I.U.) District Aligarh within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no.3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation along with certified copy of this order before the competent authority. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of
