A preliminary objection raised by learned counsel appearing for the respondents as to the maintainability of this petition before this Court as the petitioner is seeking relief against the defence establishment which is notified for the purposes of non-armed personnel under Section 14 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the same. 4. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 5. Petition is, accordingly, consigned to records.
