By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding the Principal Secretary, Department of Revenue, Government of U.P., Lucknow respondent no. 1 to decide the departmental revision filed by the petitioner dated 11.10.2022 under Rule 13 of the U.P. Government Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999 (Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition) within stipulated period." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event direction is issued to the concerned respondent to dispose of the pending representation in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent No. 1 to decide the departmental revision filed by petitioner on 11.10.2022 as expeditiously as possible pr
