By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner wants consideration of his representation regarding retention of the official accommodation till the end of academic session as his daughter is studying in Class VIII by respondent no.2. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was transferred on 13.12.2024 and therefore, could retain the accommodation only till the year 2025. 4. Be that as it may since the petitioner's daughter is studying in Class VIII and the Board Examination is likely to be held in February, 2026, it will appropriate for the respondent to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. 5.
