By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioners are seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to absorb the petitioners on the post of Parcel Porters pursuant to some verification report submitted by Assistant Labour Commissioner on 2902.2000. 3. It is submitted that a large number of identically placed petitioners have approached this Court by means of Writ C No. 11990 of 2023 which stood disposed of by this Court on 12.04.2023 with the direction to the concerned respondent No. 2 to dispose of the claim raised in their representation in accordance with law. 4.
