By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to declare the result of appointment proceeding Ayush Chiktshak (Medical Officer) according to the advertisement dated 07.12.2024 for district Firozabad. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel as to the maintainability of this petition at this stage when the selection process is already underway. 4. At this stage learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. 5. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
