Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Chief Executive Officer, Prasar Bharti. Sri Arvind Goswami, learned counsel for the respondents has raised preliminary objection as to the maintainability of the petitioner as Prasar Bharti stands notified under Section 14 of the Central Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and is at serial no. 185 of the notification. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above fact. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter and accordingly, the petition is consigned to records. However, liberty rests with the petitioner to apply before the Central Administrative Tribunal, if so advised.
