Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. After some argument learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not want to press relief Clause no.1 of the petition by means of which he has challenged the order dated 19.12.2024. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been working with the establishment since 1991 and accordingly, he was also entitled to benefit for initial training undergone. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he does not have any objection in the event petitioner makes a representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance and the same is decided in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make a representation regarding his claim before competent respondent authority i.e. respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be looked into an
