By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no. 3 to pay salary to the petitioner from the month of July, 2024 to till date with such rate of interest as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and to continue to pay salary to the petitioner as and when it falls due."
