By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following substantial reliefs: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to pay the 2nd A.C.P and Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- from 01.12.2008 and 3rd ACP as well as Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/- from the date of 21.11.2016 with immediate effect along with interest. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to take a decision in the representation (Annexure 7) of the petitioner within in stipulated time." 3. It is contended on behalf of petitioner that respondent No. 2 had already passed an order on 07.12.2024 granting benefit of the 2nd and 3rd ACP and name of petitioner figures at serial no. 3 of the chart appended below paragraph-7 and yet petitioner is being denied the benefit of pay
