By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner wants a direction to the District Commandant Home Guards, Meerut to pass appropriate orders in the light of the recommendations dated 19.12.2023 made by Divisional Commandant Home guards Meerut Division, Meerut as according to him till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 3. It is contended that the petitioner has been appointed by Divisional Commandant Home guards Meerut Division, Meerut as Home Guard in the establishment of the respondent and yet the District Commandant Home Guard is sitting sight over the matter. 4.
