It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment has come to be rejected under the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Administration), Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. 2. Learned Counsel for the respondent, Sri Anant Kumar Tiwari, submits that the matter is cognizable by Central Administrative Tribunal as notified under Section 14 of the Central Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact. 4. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the petition is consigned to records. 6.
