By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner, who is daughter of Shri Gopal Krishna claims family pension being dependent upon the deceased Gopal Krishna and claims to have remained unmarried till date and having no source of income. It is contended that petitioner's brother who is 20 years of age, is also dependent upon her and he is also unmarried. It is contended that though the petitioner had repeatedly made representation in the matter to the authority but no action has been taken, the last representation according to the petitioner has been made to the respondent authority namely the respondent no. 1 on 11.04.2025, copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure No. 1 to the petition.
