By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner wants a direction in the writ of mandamus to command the respondents to give reappointment to the petitioner in Civil Police as he is enjoying lien against the post of Constable. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner was selected as Assistant Teacher in a Primary School, he had obtained permission from the department on 29.06.2024 to join another post and this held his lien against his original post. Since now the petitioner decided to rejoin the post in Civil Police, relinquishing his job as Assistant Teacher in Primary School, petitioner's claim deserves to be allowed. It is further submitted that the petitioner had initially made representation dated 30.08.2024 but it has remained pending disposal till date. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objec
