Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 and 2 to provide the medical reimbursement to the petitioner Rs.1597889/- in pursuance of recommendation letter sent by the Chief Medical Officer, Varanasi. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of writ of mandamus directing respondent no.1 and 2 to decide the medical reimbursement application dated 31.12.2024 moved by the petitioner through respondent no.5 expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
