Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to respondent nos.1 and 2 to transfer the petitioner either at Jhansi or at Jalaun from the present place of posting i.e. Balrampur and further directing them to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2025 submitted under the provisions of Government Order No.4/2024/144-General/47Ka/2024-1/96/ dated 11.06.2024." 3.
