By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order of transfer dated 07.04.2025 on the ground that he has been continuously working at the current place of posting since 2010 and has been transferred in mid session even though, the transfer policy of the current session has not yet come. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner being aggrieved by the transfer order, he may make a representation to the competent authority in the matter to be decided in accordance with law. 3. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to petitioner to approach the competent authority within a period of 4 weeks and the same shall be considered and disposed of by the competent authority within further period of two weeks. 3.
