Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks direction to the respondent to consider representation dated 10th April, 2025 against the transfer order. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and placed before this Court and submits that earlier petitioner had approached this Court for similar relief vide writ petition being Writ - A No.- 2044 of 2025 which he got dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty. It is submitted that order passed in Writ - A No.- 2044 of 2025 has conveniently been concealed in this petition. At this stage, Sri Zaid Arshad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be permitted to be withdrawn. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty. It is made clear that in the event any other petition is filed concealing the material fact then next time exemplary cost will be imposed upon the petitioner. Order
