Heard Sri Irfan Ahmad Malik, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. By means of this petiton filed under Article 226, petitioner has challenged the order of transfer dated 22nd April, 2025 insofar as his name is concerned occurring at serial No.- 11. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had earlier approached this Court for allotment of official accommodation and that is why he has been transferred. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that petitioner has been transferred by general order of transfer and therefore cannot be claimed as solitary case only for the reason that petitioner had earlier approached the Court for getting official accommodation.
