By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 (Director Technical Education Department (Directorate) Kanpur Nagar District Kanpur Nagar) to pay honourarium from the period of 2009 to 2017." It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that with regard to the claim of the petitioner authority has already passed an order on 14th December, 2012 but no relief has been given to the petitioner till date. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may approach the competent authority with a fresh representation for consideration of his claim for payment of honourarium from the period of 2009 to 2017 and that may be directed to be decided in accordance with
