Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide gratuity, fund, bonus, monthly pension in favour of the petitioner treating the petitioner as permanent employee; II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide and consider the representation dated 07.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner with regard to providing gratuity, fund bonus, monthly pension in favour of the petitioner treating the petitioner as permanent employee." 3.
