Petitioners, who are the block coordinators, are aggrieved by the order of transfer from one block to another block. Since petitioners have been transferred within the district and looking to the transfer order made in the interest of work, I do not find any justification to grant indulgence in the transfer order made within the district. However, in the event petitioners join at the transferred place pursuant to the order dated 4th April, 2025 and make representations within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Mathura by passing appropriate order thereupon within a further period of two weeks.
