Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to pay the House Rent Allowance (HRA) to the petitoners in accordance with the Government Orders dated 11.06.1999 and 08.12.2008.; II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioners and decide the representation dated 02.12.2024 moved by the petitioners within stipulated period." 3.
