Time and again we have come across the cases instituted by the State against the judgments/orders passed by the U.P. Public Services Tribunal which relate to petty matters. In the present case too, the learned tribunal has allowed the claim petition filed by the respondent regarding release of the difference of arrears of salary for the period of suspension in a situation where he was visited with a minor punishment on conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings. Learned tribunal while allowing the claim petition has dealt with the specific pleas in the light of the law of which reference has specifically been made in paragraph 8 of the judgment. 3.
