Affidavit of compliance has been placed today in compliance of the orders dated 28.04.2025 and 30.04.2025, is taken on record. In paragraph no. 6 of the compliance affidavit it has been stated that the deponent had assumed the charge of Chief Medical Officer, Ballia only on 09.04.2025 and the impugned order dated 19.04.2025 got issued due to inadvertence without any intention to violate the directions/ instructions of this Hon'ble Court. It is stated in para 8 of the affidavit that vide order dated 29.04.2025 the earlier order dated 19.04.2025 has been cancelled with immediate effect and the petitioner Dr. Varun Gyaneshwar Incharge of the Community Health Centre has been permitted to assume duties. The certificate of handing over charge to this effect has also been brought on record. In view
