The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 24.03.2025 passed by the U.P. State Public Services Tribunal, Lucknow, respondent No.2 in Claim Petition No.814/ 2024 as contained in Annexure no.1 as well as punishment order dated 28.02.2023 passed by respondent no.5 whereby punishment of censure entry was awarded to the petitioner under rule 14(2) of the Police Officers Subordinate Ranks (Punishment & Appeal) Rules, 1991 in as contained in Annexure No.2 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice.
