The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to assail the order dated 30.10.2023 passed by the U.P. Public Service Tribunal, whereby the Tribunal has dismissed the claim petition assailing the order of minor punishment dated 15.03.2019 forfeiting the salary of 25 days as well as the appellate order dated 11.12.2019. 4.
